Concept Board


First time I went to the Beard street warehouse, I felt darkness and peaceful of the place at the same time.

It was because of the old brick building along with the long and narrow walk way and water next

to it.

    How do you see this working as your parti? Could the lightness and darkness play a part in your design? For Thursday I would expect to see floorplans/sections/3Ds of these ideas.
